- Mapquest
Mapquest wanted to create PostScript files from maps drawn to screens
in windows. PDF Dream developed a PostScript Driver that translated
Windows®
GDI calls into PostScript commands.
- National
Data Services
NDS provides interactive, hyperlinked briefs for appellate courts and
law firms. Our custom PDF software development proved vital for them to
produce these briefs in a timely manner.
- American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
ASME needed to improve their workflow in publishing
various
documents, such as standards, in PDF. We developed a script processing
system to batch process documents, greatly reducing manual work.
- Datalogics
PDF Dream travelled to a Datalogics customer to
provide on-site consultation on Acrobat.
- Alliance
Spacesystems, Inc (ASI)
We created an Acrobat plug-in that drew transparent
polygons
on PDF pages to measure perimeters and areas of documents, such as maps.
- Aircraft
Technical Publishers
PDF Dream provided PDF expertise to guide them in
future product development.
- Westbrook
Technologies
Westbrook's document viewing product displayed PDF
documents
in a different fashion than other supported documents. We designed and
implemented a system using the PDF library to view PDF pages the same
as other documents.
- Legislative
Services Agency
It required several
months of
tedious labor to produce the annual CD of Indiana state legislation. We
provided an Acrobat plug-in to do most of the process automatically.
